Stride with the rising sun.
Sadhana.
Yogi Bhajan gave us this aquarian sadhana as a powerful personal tool during the transition from the piscean to the aquarian age. Sadhana means daily spiritual practice. It's your personal, individual spiritual effort. It is the main tool you use to work on yourself to achieve the purpose of life, and relate to the infinity within you. It includes physical movement, meditation and prayer.
It's practiced during the ambrosial hours in the morning, proximately 2,5 hrs before sunrise, when the sun is at a sixty degree angle to the earth. Although, sadhana at any time of the day will benefit you, at these early hours your energetic efforts will be maximised.
Sadhana is self-victory, and it is a victory over time and space. Getting up is a victory over time, and doing it is a victory over space. #yogibhajan
